ERoSH eZine

ERoSH is a UK-wide sheltered housing charity that represents the interests of hundreds of providers of housing for people: registered social landlords, housing associations and local authorities. It works to raise the profile of the preventative health and social benefits of sheltered housing. With members spread across the UK, its website and monthly eZine are its primary means of communicating with and informing its membership.

It is now two years since FT.C re-developed the charity's website and since then it has continued to maintain the site's content; keeping it fresh and up-to-date with items of interest for its membership whilst performing a public service with its Home Finder link.

During the re-development, FT.C recommended the incorporation of an eZine into the site's CMS: containing news from ERoSH's network of committees and regional groups, sector-specific news, policy updates and other information relating to older people's issues, FT.C has been responsible for researching and copywriting the eZine's content and distributing it monthly to the charity's membership and other subscribers.

FT.C has worked to ensure that the website works in partnership with the eZine; so much so, that not only do they both play vital roles in how ERoSH communicates with its membership, but they are now key marketing tools for the charity, helping to maintain its profile as a strong force within the housing and support for older people sector.
