Holbrook TimberFrame - media information pack

Holbrook TimberFrame is an award-winning timber frame designer and constructor based in South Wales. Its management, recognising that it needed help in raising the company's profile, appointed FT.C to create and implement a PR programme that would promote its green credentials and its investment in staff and technology.

The programme's foundation was a media information pack intended as a helpful resource to journalists, that set out useful information about timber frame: as a building material; as a sector; and Holbrook's contribution to the environment and sustainable living. FT.C recommended a flexible 'folder with inserts' format for the new document so that it could be tailored according to each targeted publication and be easily updated because of the individual sections.

From research of the company and sector and interviews with Holbrook's directors, FT.C crafted copy that would sit on the back of the folder and fit into six themed inserts that comprehensively communicated the company's ethos and philosophy.

The copy and Holbrook's existing logo were incorporated into a clever and thought-provoking design, created by agency Eyebait, that further communicated the quality of the Holbrook product. The result is an information pack that stands out from the crowd.
